The booster EX3 Plus lets you adjust extrusion speed and temperature to suit the application, providing the control needed for consistent extrusion welding. With a material output of up to 3.6 kilograms per hour, the extrusion welder supports consistent, high-output work. It processes PP and PE with three- or four-millimeter welding rods.

The digital temperature display provides real-time monitoring while you work. This keeps the selected temperature visible and supports better process control.

Built-In Functions Support Stable Operation

The automatic cool-down function, anti-burn protection and built-in overcurrent protection work together to support a stable and controlled welding process. If the overcurrent protection is triggered, it resets automatically after five seconds. A reinforced lock pin on the switch adds another practical safety feature, helping you work reliably without unnecessary complexity.

Clear View and Flexible Positioning

The integrated LED working light illuminates the welding area and keeps the workpiece clearly visible. For flexible tool positioning, the welding shoe can be adjusted through 360° to suit different welding tasks.

High Output Combined with Practical Process Control

The booster EX3 Plus combines adjustable settings and digital monitoring with a material output of 2.5 to 3.6 kilograms per hour. It processes HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP using three- or four-millimeter welding wire, giving you flexibility across different fabrication and repair tasks.

The 230-volt extrusion welder delivers up to 3000 watts of power. With dimensions of 600 × 100 × 220 millimeters and a weight of 7.2 kilograms, it combines high output with practical handling.
